Intelligent Functions – Redesigned Module

Module Location: Maintain > System Administration

Previously Menu Label: Epson Intelligent Print

New Menu Label: Intelligent Functions

Development:

  • Sub menu label rename from Epson Intelligent Print to Intelligent Functions
  • Customised to address new Printer & Till Configuration changes
  • Customised to address new Merchant & Till Configuration changes
  • Addition of new tabs to address the recent addition of new features

Note: Current Epson Intelligent Print settings have been maintained for users with Epson Intelligent Printers. Your printers will continue to function as per normal.

Store Maintenance – Addition of ‘Active Cash Registers (Tills)’ setting

Module Location: Maintain > System Administration > Store Maintenance

New Setting Label: Active Cash Registers (Tills)

Variables: 1-10

Development:

  • Addition of drop down selection box to control required Till quantity per branch

Daily Reconciliation – Addition of ‘Till’ requirements for independent reconciliation

Module Location: Maintain > Accounts > Daily Reconciliation

New Setting Label: Till

Variables: In accordance with Active Cash Register (Tills) setting within Store Maintenance

 

Daily Reconciliation – Addition of ‘Till’ analysis within Reconciliation Reporting

Module Location: Maintain > Accounts > Daily Reconciliation

New Report Label: Daily Reconcile (4-4)

Features: Analysis per branch/till/shift

 

Daily Reconciliation – New Permissions

4.90.050 Restrict to today only

-  Restricts user to current date preventing date change

4.90.100 View Reconciliation Report

-  Allows user to view Daily Reconcile (4-4) report

Printer Preference & Default Configuration (per Branch & Till ID)

Module Location: Maintain > System Administration > Intelligent Functions > Till Print Setup

Development:

  • Completely new area to control the required printers
  • Designate default printer based on Till ID selection (Top selection is default)
  • Add/Remove printer/s via simple drag/drop interface

  • Till quantity displays in accordance with Active Cash Register (Tills) setting within Maintain > System Admin > Store Maintenance

Note: Epson Intelligent Printers and ClickPOS ConneX enabled devices must be setup prior to customising this feature. If not performed they will not be visible in the selection pane.

Sale Screen – Addition of Till ID selection

Development:

  • Addition of Till ID selection option

  • Till quantity displays in accordance with Active Cash Register (Tills) setting within Store Maintenance

Merchant EFTPOS Till Default Configuration

Module Location: Maintain > System Administration > Intelligent Functions > Merchant Setup

Development:

  • Completely new area to control Merchant Terminal Printing via Connex for PC EFTPOS
  • Assign PC EFTPOS enabled payment button to link to a EFTPOS Terminal via ClickPOS ConneX Domain Host

Note: Local PC with EFTPOS Terminal must be setup and activated with ClickPOS ConneX prior to entering this module

What is ClickPOS ConneX?

ClickPOS ConneX is a Microsoft Windows program developed by ClickPOS that effectively creates a safe bridge between legacy devices such as printers and cash drawers to modern browsers such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, where normally only Internet Explorer is supported.

This includes OPOS driven Epson printers, Zebra Label Printers, Merchant EFTPOS terminal integration provided by PC EFTPOS and much more.
