Web POS | Set a customer to on-account status

Setting a customer to on account status means that you can then utilise the On account payment types.

Also with financial integration any customers set as on-account will have individual invoices created.

  1. Navigate to Card File->Customer
  2.  Click on "Search"
  3. Search for the customer you wish to find
    *you can also click "search" when 'search all names' is selected to find all customers.
  4. With the list selected you can click on the edit  icon beside the record you wish to modify
  5. Inside the card file select the "Account contact" tab
  6. Tick the "On Account" Tickbox
  7. Click Apply
