Web POS | Update User password - Administrator

This process is to update a users password if they have forgotten it or if it needs to be changed by a admin for security reasons.


  1. Navigate to Maintain->System Admin-> Employees
  2. Open the search screen and search for the user you wish to update
  3. Click the user name of the person you wish to update
  4. Enter a new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields
  5. click Edit to save the change.

It is recommended that you change the password to something generic and let the user change it to something more secure themselves.
