Web POS | Clearing cookies and cache in Internet Explorer

If you are having any issues logging in or are getting the below error you may need to clear out your browsing cache.


To clear the cache in Internet Explorer please follow the below steps.

  1. Open the tools menu which is either says "Tools" or is a gear/cog icon:
  2. Select Internet Options:
  3. Where it says browsing history, click Delete.
  4. Make sure you untick the option that says "Preserve favorites website data"
  5. Make sure temporary Internet files and cookies and website data are selected
  6. Click Delete

After doing this please try log in again and contact ClickPOS Support if you have further issues.
